Refund Policy

1. Overview
GoEasyPDF ("we", "our", "us"), operated by VR.CONSULTING Sp. z o.o., provides browser-based PDF tools as a subscription service. Your purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds for GoEasyPDF subscriptions are governed by Lemon Squeezy's Invoiced Consumer Terms.
2. Right to refund
Eligibility for refunds is determined by Lemon Squeezy's standard refund policy as set out in their Buyer Terms. Consumers in the EU, EEA, and United Kingdom have the statutory rights described in Lemon Squeezy's terms, including the cooling-off period applicable to digital content and services. We will support every refund request that qualifies under Lemon Squeezy's policy.
3. How to request a refund
You can request a refund through either route:
- Email us at support@goeasypdf.com from the email address associated with your subscription. Please include the charge date and a brief reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
- Contact Lemon Squeezy directly through the link in your purchase receipt or via Lemon Squeezy's buyer support portal.
Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, typically within 5â10 business days.
4. Cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time:
- From your account dashboard at goeasypdf.com/account (self-service, no contact required); or
- By emailing support@goeasypdf.com from your subscription email address.
After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
