Can I try GoEasyPDF before paying?+
Yes — every tool is free to use with a daily save limit. The 7-day Trial ($0.99) unlocks unlimited saves so you can fully evaluate the Pro experience. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged again.
What happens when my subscription ends?+
Your account reverts to the Free tier (1 save per day). All your saved tools continue to work — only the daily save count is restored. You can re-subscribe at any time and pick up where you left off.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account page at any time. Paddle pro-rates charges automatically: when you upgrade, you only pay the difference; when you downgrade, the new rate applies on the next renewal.
How do refunds work?+
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, in line with EU Article 16(m) for digital services. We make three exceptions: full refund within 14 days if you performed zero file operationson the paid plan; duplicate charges refunded automatically; prorated refund if a technical issue we can't resolve within 48 hours stops you using the service. Are taxes included in the price?+
Prices shown are exclusive of taxes. Paddle calculates and adds the correct VAT, GST, or sales tax for your location at checkout — you'll see the final total before paying. Paddle remits all taxes to the relevant authorities on our behalf.
Is my data really private?+
Yes. All PDF processing runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files never leave your device. We have no servers that touch your documents. Even we can't see what you're working on.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?+
Multi-seat plans are coming. In the meantime, contact us with your team size and we'll set up a custom plan.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Paddle handles checkout and accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and several regional methods (iDEAL, SEPA, etc.) depending on your country.
