Refund Policy

1. Overview

GoEasyPDF ("we", "our", "us"), operated by VR.CONSULTING Sp. z o.o., provides digital services for PDF processing. All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day trial for $0.99. The trial provides full access to all premium features. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will not be charged further. If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts to a Monthly subscription ($9.99/month).

The $0.99 trial fee is non-refundable, as it covers the full period of access you received.

3. Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), by clicking "Subscribe" you confirmed immediate access to digital content and acknowledged that you waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. This is the standard EU mechanism for digital services that begin delivery at the moment of purchase.

We honour refunds in the following exceptional cases:

  • Unused subscription (14 days): Full refund within 14 days of the charge if you have performed zero file operations on the paid plan. Once any file operation is performed, the right of withdrawal is consumed under Article 16(m).
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same period, the duplicate is refunded immediately and automatically by Paddle.
  • Service unavailability: Prorated refund if a technical issue we cannot resolve within 48 hours of your support request prevents you from using the service.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscriptions where any file operation has been performed on the paid plan
  • Partial billing periods after cancellation (access continues until period end)
  • Failure to cancel before renewal (cancel at least 24 hours in advance from your account dashboard or via support)
  • The $0.99 trial fee (covers the trial period of access already received)
  • Renewal charges after the first billing cycle (cancel before renewal to avoid further charges)

Outside these conditions, we may consider refund requests at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@goeasypdf.com to explain your situation.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your email address used for the subscription
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via Paddle to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. After cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account reverts to the free tier (1 file per day)
